Boozy Cherry Cheesecake Smoothie
Bring on the summer sippin'! YEA! I LOVE making cocktails with fresh fruit - and having a bag full of cherries was what led me to make the Boozy Cherry Cheesecake Smoothie! It's like dessert through a straw - I promise!
I would honestly love a Boozy Cherry Cheesecake Smoothie every.single.summer.night! (I promise I won't though ;)) It was almost like a milkshake (without the ice cream) and just YUM! It's simple to make and with a good blender takes 2 minutes!
If you don't have beautiful summer cherries? Go Ahead - use some frozen ones (cut back on the ice then). If you really love strawberry cheesecake better? Knock your socks off - the idea is still the same. Fruit a bit tart? Or do you really like things on the sweeter side? You could totally add a bit of sugar to this - I was ok without it - but vanilla vodka usually sweetens things up enough for me!

Ingredients
- 1-2 Cups of ice (more ice more frozen - personal choice)
- 1/2 C pitted cherries
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 ounces half and half
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend well and serve immediately
