Layered Peanut Butter Delight Parfait
Spring has been elusive this year, in fact as I type this I'm looking out my window and seeing steady snow falling to the ground. Over this past weekend, it was icy, sleety, windy, cold and snowy.
Aren't these all the things that we hope to leave behind upon springs arrival? Due to such icky weather, we stayed in this weekend and I decided to whip up a delicious treat that I'm thrilled to share with our followers today.

Layered Peanut Butter Delight Parfaits are the perfect treat to get us through this wintery-springtime until the real deal actually appears. Spring is a time of renewal and emergence from a long winter and what better way to celebrate than with delicious food that's easy to prepare and scrumptious to enjoy?

I began thinking about what I could prepare without too much planning. Parfaits are an easy way to enjoy dessert with ingredients that you probably already have in your refrigerator and pantry.
Ingredients such as International Delight® REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Creamer, this yummy creamer was in my fridge after a recent trip to Walmart as well as International Delight® HERSHEY'S® Chocolate Caramel Creamer.
Is there a REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup in your mug? There should be. We enjoy these delicious creamers daily in our coffee. What's not to love about your favorite candy in your coffee? Right?

• Using electric mixer whip heavy whipping cream until stiff.
  
• Mix in one package of instantcheesecake pudding.
  
• Blend in 1/3 cup International Delight® REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Creamer.

• Chop peanut butter cups.
  
• Crumble peanut butter filled cream cookies.
  
• Assemble parfaits layering with: crushed peanut butter cookies, cheesecake mixture, chopped peanut butter cups.
  
• Optional: whipped cream on top with mini peanut butter cups for decoration.

The very simple filling is made with whipped cream, instant cheesecake pudding and amazing flavor shining through from the addition of International Delight® REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Creamer.
This mixture ties in wonderfully with the crushed peanut butter cream filled cookies and of course crushed peanut butter cups send this no-bake treat off the charts.

Layered Peanut Butter Delight Parfait
Layered Peanut Butter Delight Parfait is a no-bake dessert that your sweet tooth will love. Creamy and loaded with your favorite flavors, it is delish! Prep Time 15 minutes Total Time 15 minutes
Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  
• 1 3.4 oz package instant cheesecake pudding
  
• 1/3 cup International Delight® REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Creamer
  
• 2 cups crushed peanut butter cream filled cookies (approx 16 cookies)
  
• 8 peanut butter cups, roughly chopped
  
• Optional: additional whipped cream and mini peanut butter cups for decoration.
  

Instructions

• Using electric mixer whip heavy whipping cream until peaks have formed. Add in instant cheesecake pudding and mix until blended. Pour in International Delight® REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Creamer, combine thorougly.
  
• If desired: Place mixture into a plastic resealable zippered top bag. Cut corner off to use as piping bag.
  
• To assemble: spoon crushed peanut butter cream filled cookies in bottom layer of glass, next add a large layer of cheesecake mixture by using piping bag or spoon. Add a layer of chopped peanut butter cups. A dollop of whipped cream and mini peanut butter cups if desired as final toppings.
  
• Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
