252sharesWho wants a tropical get away in the form of a cocktail? ME! The Sapphire Snowflake Martini is super fun because it looks pretty and wintery, but tastes like a vacation in the islands. It's the best of both worlds (and because of that it's a year round sipper - gulper?). You can't go wrong by mixing this up on a Saturday night!
If you're hosting a party this winter the Sapphire Snowflake is a great cocktail to serve. It looks beautiful and tastes better (believe me I was lucky to get a picture because I caught MYSELF gulping them down!). So if you want a picture to show me (PLEASE send me some!) you'd better take it before you taste it - your martini glass won't be full again!
I like making a fun fruity drink in the winter. It changes everyone's mood. A drink like the Sapphire Snowflake would normally be drunk in the summer when you're into your fruity cocktails, but try it out this winter! You'll drink it year round from now on (and I like how easy this is to make - you don't need 12 bottles of anything!).
Fun, Easy, Good tasting drinks - that's me! Is it bad to say that I can't get enough of these? Sapphire Snowflake has become my go to Happy Hour Cocktail! It's going to become yours too (I just know it!). Not to mention you'll love drinking a pretty cocktail (it just feels that much fancier!).

Sapphire Snowflake Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Blue Curacao
- 1.5 ounces Coconut Rum
- 3-4 ounces White Cranberry Juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in martini shaker with ice
- Rim martini glass with coconut if desired
- Pour and serve immediately
