The last thing I want to do on a Wednesday (I actually dislike Wednesday not Monday - weird right?) is come home after work and set out to cook a big dinner. I need to have my freezer full of tasty treats I can just throw in the slow cooker in the morning. I actually really like the taste of pork done in the slow cooker - and I love the flavors of Lime and Soy - SO. Slow Cooker Marinated Pork Chops were born.
