Is your family excited for The Peanuts Movie?  We're bouncing off the walls excited over here! Our 7-year-old daughter discovered the Peanuts characters a couple of years ago and couldn't be more excited that there's a new movie coming out. We've watched the  movie trailer online together countless times, watched the commercials on TV, and even read the billboard while driving by the movie theater. I'm not joking when I say this is a big deal for my daughter, she's anxiously anticipating The Peanuts Movie and to be honest I am too it looks adorable.
What makes me excited about  The Peanuts Movie is that these are iconic characters that both my husband and I grew up watching. When our older children were of age they watched also. And now here we are with our younger children reliving the memories with these classic characters. I've found that especially during the holiday season you can find some of the classic Peanuts movies on TV. We've decided to sit down as a family and view them together. Now watching them is great, but why not make it an extra special time and have some yummy food to enjoy during the movie? That's how these  Crescent Wrapped Chicken Strips happened!  And good grief, they are so good!

Recently while shopping at Sam's Club I purchased a 3 lb bag of Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips from the freezer section. These Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips are fully cooked, you just bake them, so simple! They make a great addition to your freezer as you can use them in a variety of ways. I decided they'd make the perfect snack for our movie night. Not only are they quick to prepare, but my kids like most kids just love chicken strips!

Taking these Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips to the next level of deliciousness for movie night was easy. By wrapping them in crescent roll dough strips and baking, the result is a fun chicken strip dipper. Provide a variety of dipping sauces and snack time is done! And if need be I can feed the whole gang, because you never know who will roll in the door when you have a large family.

Along with these Crescent Wrapped Chicken Strips I served some simple dips such as ranch, barbecue and ketchup for the younger kids. The older kids like things spicier and they used sriracha and salsa to dip into. No matter what you dip into, these are so simple to make and enjoy while watching some of our favorite characters with the future generations. Now tell me, are you excited for The Peanuts Movie?
