    Blue Cheese Butter is a great condiment to add to almost any savory dish. With grilling season upon us, it would be wise to get your freezer fully stocked!


    Here in central Texas it is always grilling season and I love having a batch of Blue Cheese Butter in the freezer.  For those of you still thawing out, it is time to stock the freezer!  So easy to make and super delicious Blue Cheese Butter, is perfect on a grilled steak, a baked potato or even melted over some butter noodles.
    I'm sure there are 1001 and one ways to have it.  What would be some of your favorite ways?

    Blue Cheese Butter

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz of softened butter
    • 6 oz crumbled blue cheese



    Instructions

    • Make sure that the blue cheese if finely crumbled.
    • Beat together the blue cheese and butter until well combined.
    • Scoop the butter out and place on wax paper lined baking sheet.
    • Refrigerate until chilled through and solid.
    • Place in airtight container.
    • Freeze if not using within a week.
    • Thaw completely before using.
