Cilantro Lime Marinade will add a bunch of flavor to whatever meat you decide to add it to! It packs a punch and is a great addition!
Cilantro Lime Marinade started out as me wanting to change up dinner a bit. I love the usual marinade I use - but wanted a change. So I thought of the delicious flavors of cilantro and lime!
I used this on both chicken and beef (chicken legs and boneless breasts and then a London Broil). I really liked the beef a lot - but I have to admit that the chicken was fantastic! The chicken really took to the flavors and it was just so tasty.
So I say use it on whatever meat you like - but I highly recommend using Cilantro Lime Marinade on chicken! (I need chicken to be more than just grilled chicken - so that's the recommendation!)

The chicken absorbs flavor quicker than beef - so when marinading it depends on what type of meat you have on how long you need. I marinated the chicken for about an hour and I marinated the beef overnight (about 24 hours total). The longer you let the meat marinade, the more flavor you are going to get!
I love doing a marinade on Sunday and then eating Monday or Tuesday - makes the beginning of my week go SO easy! Don't forget to try Cilantro Lime Marinade on Fish or Pork too! All are DELISH!
You can use your marinated meat to grill or bake - it's up to you! Enjoy!
